Mo is a fantastic host, sending all the details in a timely fashion. The farm house is exactly like the photos, large but homely. On the first night we had a lovely fire in the sitting room. Attended the spa for the day just up the road at Ruston Hall and Spa which was beautiful. Access to shops close enough if needed. Garden beautiful with birds chirping away in the mornings. House has all the facilities you need to stay in and never leave for your entire stay! Well equipped kitchen and lovely lounge. Spacious, beautiful, clean, homely and peaceful.

We had a wonderful weekend at Maureen’s place. Great space for 8 adults to meet up for a catch up weekend. The kitchen is amazing and Maureen was a very friendly host. House is just as described. Nice touches too such as a farm pass and flowers/chocolates/milk on arrival. Nice little walks locally to neighbouring village of Rothwell. Would recommend!

We stayed here for a reunion of old university housemates with our partners and two dogs. The house was lovely, exactly the right size and a nice feel. Maureen was an excellent host, who was responsive and flexible. Definitely would stay here again.

Maureen gave us clear instructions with direction. The house was exactly as specified, with a beautiful large kitchen for a large family great together. Lounge was also spacious with plenty of seating. Lovely bedrooms and spacious bathrooms. On arrival, Maureen welcomed us with a lovely card, beautiful fresh flowers and a box of chocolates. Also free entrance to their farm, which kept my grandsons occupied, seeing the animals and playing in the large play area. Would definitely look forward to visiting again!
