Timothy was a great host! Communication was excellent. Accommodations were made in good timing. Definitely recommend him as a host and a house in a great location!

This place really helped my mom and I when we needed long term accomodations in the Appleton area. Timothy was so responsive and really took care to make sure we got everything we needed. There was even an issue with a carpet and Timothy had it resolved immediately. The house was exactly what we needed and a really excellent location. Also snow and ice were taken care of immediately and my older mom couldn't be more grateful.

Convenient location with plenty of room, quiet location, and very comfortable in every way. I’d definitely stay here again. It couldn’t have been any easier to check in. Timothy was an excellent host, friendly and responsive.

Timothy was excellent. House was very simple and clean. All I was looking for. 15 minute walk to downtown was a plus. Had a problem with internet when I first arrived and he was right over to fix it after I went to lunch. He's really got his act together. Friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Highly recommended.
