The house was clean and comfortable, the beds were extremely comfortable and the linen was beautiful. The garden was a bonus, maybe a few comfortable chairs to use in the garden would be nice. There were seven of us at the house and for the few days it was ok, but for a longer stay it would be more be better just to have 5 people.

The house is in a lovely quiet area, with plenty to do. It’s very peaceful and has plenty of restaurant, bars and supermarkets close by. I stayed with 2 young kids, and there was enough to do around the area to keep them occupied. Joanne was super responsive, nothing was too much trouble. I asked for a couple of requests which she didn’t hesitate to sort out. If something broke, someone was round within the day to fix it. She was a fabulous host. Thanks for making our stay an easy and comfortable one.

This house is in a good location- near to the NEC, city centre and is in a nice area with local amenities. The house, however, is not very well equipped, there are no oven gloves, only two tiny baking trays, hardly any cutlery etc. There wasn't a welcome pack which is the first Air B n B I've been too that hasn't provided one with local and house information etc . There was also only one chair in the garden which was a shame as the weather was so lovely whilst we stayed here. This could be a lovely rental but it just seems like its in its infancy of being a rental and needs a little attention to detail. I was also concerned that I had very little contact from the owner before the stay and had to chase entry details 2 hours before arrival time.

We had a fab stay! The house is exactly as pictured, if not better! Close to NEC by car which we were attending! We found travelling there very easy by taxi, everything was very convient for us. Having Lovely restaurants and a shop nearby was very useful! We would definitely stay again in the future! Thank you so much!
