Nic was a great host. Him and his wife live below the rental. The place was perfect for a small group and had most of what we needed during our stay. Local grocery shops were available if needed. The location is central and made it easy to get to Sundance and other surrounding areas and eateries. Quiet neighborhood and great views all along the house.

Stayed with a group for FilmQuest and it was excellent, a great spot for all of us to rest and recuperate, with a very spacious kitchen and great amenities.
