We were welcomed by Alan, who was friendly and showed us how things worked. There was a lovely hamper to get us going too. The location was good, plenty of parking and close to beaches and bus route. Lots to do in the area. The annex was clean and comfortable with lots of modern appliances. The Internet worked well and we really enjoyed our stay.

Stayed for 3 nights with a toddler! Beautiful place to stay! Had everything we needed and wanted for our stay it was perfect! The property was really clean, modern and comfortable. Would definitely stay again! Thanks to Alan for lovely welcome basket and smooth check in!

The annexe was even better than it looks in the pictures. It was very modern, clean and spacious enough for 4 adults. There was ample parking for 2 cars and felt very private and secure. It was also very easy to find. Alan was a great host and made us feel at home. He was easily contacted and gave us some great local recommendations. We would definitely stay here again 😊

Alan’s home was lovely, really easy to find and was lovely and clean and tidy. Well kitted out with everything you could need for a stay, the welcome basket was really lovely! Alan was helpful and responsive, and gave us the space to enjoy our holiday. His home is modern, clean, nicely finished and couldn’t really ask for more. It was amazingly finished and presented for the price of the stay and you’d be hard pressed to find anything similar.

Absolutely thrilled to have found this wonderful place. Even the lovely photos don't do it justice, it is simply a beautiful annexe, very modern and cosy and in a superb location. Alan communicated with us prior to our visit and was very helpful with ensuring we had all we needed. We were met on arrival - Alan is lovely and took the time to show us around and explained how all the moderns amneties worked. Of all the air b&b locations we have stayed in, this was by far the most well equipped. We had everything we needed, we were warm and comfortable throughout the stay and close to all the things we wanted to see and do. Highly recommended and we will most certainly be back.
