Nice place, nice location. Everything you need is there. Some steps going down to the harbour, but you could go the road way and just have fairly steep hills. All in all very nice accommodation.

A really lovely home with plenty of space. Outstanding views of the harbour and so close to everything you would need. Would absolutely recommend.

The house has amazing views of the harbour including The Golden Hind. It was great just looking out of the window and watching the tide going in and out. The house is very well furnished. There were good restaurants in Brixham (not much in the way of shops) and good walks in both directions along the coast. We also went to 2 National Trust houses - Coleton Fishacre and Greenway - which are both very close. Just a note that the drive up to the house is on very narrow, steep roads. It's a steep walk up from the harbour and the stairs in the house are also steep, particularly up to the top bedroom. Therefore the house isn't for anyone with any mobility problems.

The photos don’t do this house justice, it’s spacious with lots of seating areas to admire the wonderful view. We had a fantastic stay in Brixham. A minor consideration is that both showers can’t run at the same time due to water pressure but this was solved with some planning! We will definitely be back 😊

Polly’s place was perfect for a wild winter weekend.. storms outside.. cosy inside ..with plenty to do in brixham and surrounding area. We played games went to the two local pubs ate fish down by the harbour and mooched round the charity shops
