No expense has been spared in developing this property. Everything is of a very high quality and there are so many nice touches. The cottage is also well equipped with quality goods. The town is a short walk away and the property has the advantage of a car parking space a few minutes away. There is an excellent view of the harbour from the lounge and on days when the weather is bad you can watch the world go by quite happily. We immediately felt at home in Sail House and we enjoyed our stay so much we have booked four more visits! Think this shows how much we loved the cottage. Every bedroom had a stylish en suite bathroom. Beds were so comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed too. Cozy living room with views across Brixham harbour that you could never get bored with. Had a lovely welcome package of teabags, biscuits, bottle of wine, milk and toilet rolls. Honestly can't say enough about our stay here. Thank you! We do feel very much at home in this cottage as it has been renovated to a very high standard. The other added benefits are the short walk into town and the views of the harbour. We have further bookings in 2022. Past Customer, 11 January 2022 The Sail House was in a perfect location, to sit and watch the boats in the harbour, which we never got tired of. The house was spotlessly clean and suited our needs perfectly. we stayed as a family, grandparents grandchildren and great- grandchildren. It was so easy with three en suite bathrooms. 5 star rating.
