Three women friends stayed from Thursday to Monday in this simply lovely cottage in Bath NC, a quiet historical town. Every day we cycled with the NC Coastal Ride, starting from nearby Washington. Paul was the consummate host - very responsive, helpful communication, welcoming. The home was very clean, comfortable, and with the utmost charm. The kitchen was renovated and everything worked perfectly. The backyard and piers right on the Bath River were a balm to the soul after a long bike ride. We were smitten with everything about this lovely place and terrific host. Thank you Paul. 5 Stars is not enough. Jessica Hirschhorn

This rental made our visit to Bath so comfortable. We had everything we needed to cook and enjoy our time along the river. Paul was very easy to reach and communicate with throughout our stay.

This home was a great fit for out stay. We came down in short notice to attend a family member’s funeral and Paul was fast at excepting our stay. If you say here you need to view the little shop down the road called Petals & Produce. It was adorable.

Paul was an excellent host, very responsive to messages. The house was large and beautiful with high ceilings and it was beautifully decorated. It gave vintage coastal vibes. There were plenty of amenities provided and the linens were nice, towels were plentiful. I would highly recommend it to anyone.
