Well stocked, very clean home with lovely view of the river. Enjoyed the sunny deck and were able to watch the dolphins and birds. Eagle nest close by and watched the Ospreys' fishing. Safe, quiet community. with welcoming neighbors. Close to car ferry to visit New Bern and Oriental. Both manager / owners very attentive and kept in touch. We had an extended stay through the winter months, so started to feel like a second home. Bath is a quaint historic town and Belhaven had a nice brewery and restaurants. Home now has nice new dock for fishing and crabbing. Overall great quiet, rural spot to relax and enjoy the weather and wildlife.

Nancy’s place will rank up in the top of list of my stays at Airbnb’s over the past year’s beautiful view, private , quiet, peaceful, relaxing , clean & very well stocked anything and everything you would need for a week away from home great host, very communicative and and Sharon her property manager kept in touch with us regularly to make sure our stay was great! we will return again.5 star in every category.

We enjoyed a beautiful week in Bath, NC. It was our 3rd year staying at Nancy’s slice of paradise on the river and it was perfect! We caught fresh crabs on the dock, enjoyed the sun and beautiful review views on the property, had fun boating on the river, and visiting downtown Belhaven restaurants and shops. The house is comfy, clean, and has everything you need in the kitchen. Nancy and Sharon are fantastic communicators, always pleasant, and helpful. We highly recommend a stay here to relax and unplug!

The place is not only peaceful and beautiful but very functional. The kitchen is well stocked. The wifi signal is good. There are lots of books to read and one can play board games or you can watch some TV. Our teens especially love the sun room, it’s very comfortable that the warm breeze from the river lulled them to sleep in the afternoons. Our family went fishing at the pier during daytime and at night too. We caught some trout and spot. We also caught some crabs. There were kayaks ready to use. The nearby historic town of Bath has a museum and you can do a walking tour. Communicating with Nancy & Sharon was promp and they are very accomodating. My husband left his backpack at the property and Sharon mailed it to our home. This kind of service is above and beyond what we expected and my family really appreciate it. We will come back.
