Ken is a very good person answering very quickly if you have a question. The house is clean and the neighborhood is calm and silent. I’d like to thank Ken for making me feel comfortable during the days I passed at their home.

The double bed was very comfortable. Check-in was very easy with the key pad and I'm not sure if the number was just random or if Ken made it easy by using my home house number. Everything was clean and spotless with everything we needed in the kitchen. I always have a smoothie for breakfast so in an email, I asked Ken if there was a blender and he said "no" but there will be one when you arrive. True to his word, there was a lovely big blender for me. It is a basement apartment and they are quite often noisy from the people above but not here. We never heard them at all. The bathroom had full size shampoo etc but I also saw that they had the little things like q-tips, extra toothbrush, bandages - you know the things you don't expect to either use or carry with you. Very thoughtful and considerate hosts, I give them a 10 out of 10.

Ken was a wonderful host. I was welcomed with a box of fresh baked goods which were So lovely and tasty. The suite is a quaint little place which was perfect for my needs. Short walk to Nanaimo Skytrain station which gets you into downtown Vancouver in minutes. I would definitely say there again.

The place was as described and met all our needs. Ken was very responsive to messages and checked-in on us to make sure everything was good. He also provided more appliances than he listed in the description. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay.
