This was our third visit to the Beachwalk condos in Pine Knoll Shores. (first time to rent through Vacasa) The condo was exceptional! It was VERY well stocked and had plenty of room for our family (of all adults). I give the condo FIVE stars, but the check in process with Vacasa definitely lacked. Upon arrival at Vacasa at 4:30pm, my packet had not been put together. After waiting for about 15 minutes, I was finally given a few sheets of information (which wasn't very useful), a key and a key code. Upon arrival at the condo, the key was for the wrong unit and there was no key code. I called the office and they gave me a dial code for where an extra key is stored. The next day, I called and asked for another key (as there were six of us) and informed them that one of the showers had not been cleaned (obvious due to the hair, used soap and sand). There was no apology (even after mentioning it again in person) and no attempt at all to send housekeeping, per my request.

Great place to stay. Good people to work with. Had a great stay. 5 stars
