the king bed is very uncomfortable. after your request is accepted your asked to sign a contract to follow rules that are very unaccomidating especially if your on vacation. you have to pay 5 dollars per trash bag and there is a large fee to pay for everything you can think of. you have to travel to totally different destination to pick up the door card and return it at the same place or you will be charged for that to. they also hold a security deposit on your card that takes 14 to 30 days to get back. did mention you have to pay 20 dollars for a parking pass. dishes where dirty and old and refrigerator was broken.

Only 2 mini fridges there the regular refrigerator was broken, not very clean, only 1 keycard that you have to drive way out of you way to pick up and drop back off, Apt. Is not well maintained or updated, we also saw roaches and one came home with me!

Check in was confusing and resort employees told us they could not help us as we were not their “guests” since we booked through Airbnb. Could not obtain parking pass because of this and had to find offsite parking. Linens were dirty as were the spare blankets. The only good things about the stay were the view, the pool and the live music.

Very easy check in it was exactly what was advertised and awesome location.Julie made sure I had everything I needed.Will be back sooner than later.
