The location was perfect. Close to the beach, close to all types of stores. Other than the maintenance crew running yard machines or the trash truck crashing around it Was quite. We did have issues with ac unit, had maintenance come to fix, he tried, ending up telling us there's not much can be done. Within 1st 2 days ac worked alittle better. Mattress in master B/R is horrible, hard n springy. It creaks just sitting on it. Shower curtain had mold spots all over. We know nothing is Totally perfect. We really did have a great time. We'd be happy to stay again if they fix those 3 little things. The vacations employees were very helpful

Couldn’t check in until 4:45. Unknown auto in one parking spot. Coffee maker didn’t work. Only 4 bath towels total for 2 bathrooms to share. Dryer took 4 cycles to dry. No yard at all. But the area was nice along with friendly neighbors. Beach and stores were a short walk. We didn’t spend much time at cottage so it worked for us.
