We stayed here for Coachella and found Meaghan’s home absolutely perfect! We felt right at home and there was enough space for our group to all have their privacy and get ready at the same time. Neighborhood was quiet and safe! Easy access to the polo grounds if you’re not put off by a brisk 25min walk. Would definitely rent again! Also Meaghan was great at communicating and accommodating our requests.

We stayed here for Coachella. The house is great and very comfortable and just as described. Perfect for groups. The house is clean and great for cooking at home. The linens, towels, etc are fresh & fluffy! Great house. There was lots of beeping from low battery (?) from smoke alarm that we tried to fix but weren't able to and they quickly arranged for maintenance team to come and fix which was greatly appreciated with their communication and immediate attention. A note on location, this is a "fitness" walk to Coachella - to walk from the house to the main entrance of Coachella took 50 minutes (we are active and were walking fast). This surprised us how far it was as the house is deep in the neighborhood and far from main complex gates.

This house is just what we needed. Plenty of space, an easy to use kitchen and a very responsive host. The bedroom with the full bed is a little small for adults but we made it work. The neighborhood is quiet and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Nice place, could walk to polo grounds and was easy for sports tournament we were attending. Didn’t use the neighborhood amenities but they looked as described. House had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable.
