From the Villa, you can enjoy the enchanting sunset and at 2 km you can swim in the turquoise waters of the beach of Xyla. The picturesque view combined with the Cycladic aesthetics and the modern interiors makes the houses an attractive destination in Kea. First Floor- The guest can enter the house from the first floor. When you enter the villa just opposite of the door you will see the large window with magical view of Aegean sea. On your right there is a full equipped kitchen ready to prepare your meals. In the left corner opposite to the kitchen there is the first bathroom of the house and also the first bedroom, equipped with queen size bed with comfortable mattress! Next to them there is the living room of the villa. With comfortable sofas, a good spot to relax and enjoy the view of the Aegean sea. Ground Floor- From the wooden-metal stairs you can have access to the ground floor. Just when you are there you will find a smaller comfortable living room, next to the living room there is also one more double queen size bed . You can also have access to the garden and to the swimming pool from the terrace door. On left side of this level there is the second bedroom of the villa equipped with double queen size bed and extra comfortable mattress. The best spot to prepare you self for the next day. In the same level there is also the second bathroom of the villa. Exterior- Every villa has it’s privacy from the other villas. The pool is extra enough for 5 persons. You will relax and enjoy the sun just next to the pool. Enjoy the view to the Aegean Sea. Due to the COVID-19 in all properties of our company we follow strict cleaning protocols as defined by the health committee in order to ensure a safe stay for our guests.
