1st time to stay on Mary Ann's house, It's a big house. I loved the layout and the house itself. The host and her mom is very responsive and easy to reach out when we need or requested something (her mom is living next to the accom). They are very generous and flexible with the check-in / check-out time (we checked-in at 6am on Dec 23 and checked-out 8am on Dec 25 due to some errands). We even requested to rent a karaoke machine on the spot to enjoy the Christmas and they contacted someone they know immediately. There is only a minor renovation needed as some of the tiles are already popped-out and only 1 room is airconditioned (would have been better if all rooms) but it's not a big deal as there are fans provided to somehow do the cooling and it's not that hot on the place itself. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again.
