Until checkout I would've rated 5 stars. She was responsive to any issues we ran into, home was cozy & equipped with almost everything we needed for our 3.5 month stay. After checkout, Londa messaged saying we damaged chair (bonded leather peeling during our stay) & it would take triple the time to clean, then asks for extra money. We were shook but offered $100 & a chair cover(although peeling is normal for bonded leather) Photos include food crumbs by couch, icing my toddler got on area of wall & fridge directly behind trash can, small carpet stain, 3 pieces of trash in trash can, small drink splatters on bedside tables, & I would've cleaned if I had noticed, our toddler got crayon on closet door. All small, minor, & quick clean ups, she wants to charge $300. Plus, $150 to replace chair with cosmetic normal wear and tear. Londa was a great host while we were there but I would caution anyone to detail the house before you leave or risk getting a request for additional cleaning costs.

A great place to go for a quiet getaway. Extremely clean, and in an awesome location. Thanks again for a great weekend!
