The house has a beautiful view and over all comfortable stay. But definitely needs some maintenance. Initially when you walk in, the whole house smells like it’s been closed up. need to open windows more often to air it out. Kitchen needed to be re cleaned. Bring a lighter with you because you will need it to turn on the stove as well as the grill outside. Several light bulbs are out. Living room windows need some cleaning. Jacuzzi needs maintenance water looked very dirty. The sliding doors from the master bedroom need maintenance as well, they don’t open easily. Remote for tv needed batteries . we called maintenance and they never responded. Other than that location is great.

I had some trouble checking in but that was due to my own fault.. I didn’t pay attention well enough to the instructions. Nonetheless, I messaged Jose and he responded almost instantly. The second thing too, was that I requested an early check in and Jose was happy to accept! The home itself was as described, clean and spacious! It has great views of the beach. It had almost all the “normal” kitchen necessities like forks, spoons, knifes, coffee maker.. however it didn’t have a blender and little stuff like that which could have been nice to have but it was no big deal. The price was right and I would stay here again and would recommend if you’re reading this! Thanks Jose!

Home was ok . It was big enough to fit all of our guest . I’m not sure if one of the rooms was listed as being outside of the home . If it was my apologies for mentioning it . The home was clean and had easy access to the beach . I also liked the yard and the grilling area. The downstairs shower had very little pressure therefore my guest had to use the other two showers . I would suggest bringing your own towels for the ones provided appear to be worn out . The lower level where 3 bedrooms are located had a distinct smell but it was masked with air fresheners . Other than that home was ok . Won’t be staying here again. I do want to thank the host for being responsive when needed .
