With floor to ceiling pocket windows allow yourself to surround with the sound of the ocean. Spacious kitchen with quartz countertops and four bar seating spaces and dinner table for six. All new appliances, including drinking water and ice filter. Open living room area with a 78” TV, outside sitting space and small bar with gas BBQ grill. Anti-fog bathroom mirrors with bluetooth integrated speakers. The condo is located in the Mar y Sol Tower, a building overlooking the pacific ocean, 2 minutes away from the Baja (Convention) Center. Close enough to all the restaurants, bars, coffee shops and stores in downtown Rosarito (a 7 minute drive) but secluded enough to feel in a vacation resort with pools, jacuzzis and access to an almost private beach.

Beautiful, spacious and clean place. Silvia was great, very helpful and welcoming. The bulding is safe , and what we also like is that you have access to the pool and beach. Me and my family had a great time and we definitely want to go back.

Mar y Sol Tower is a residential complex located 20 minutes away from the US-Mex border.
It's a respectful and friendly community, please make sure to follow the rules to keep it that way.
While calm and relax, always remind you’ll be less than 10 minutes away from downtown Rosarito where you can find coffee shops, restaurants, bars and stores to make your experience fuller.

出行信息

FROM THE U.S.:
Take the very first exit towards a bridge on direction Rosarito/Ensenada immediately after crossing into Mexico, follow the road towards the beach (Playas).
Take the toll road to the left, right before entering Playas de Tijuana.
Pass the toll booth (around $3dlls) and keep going on the Tijuana-Ensenada highway until you pass the “Centro de Convenciones” exit, under the bridge and exit down to a small road on the right, you will see the building to the right with a sign of Mar y Sol Tower.
