Do not book for large group! Booked almost a year in advance for a group of 14. A few months before our trip we were asked if we would switch to another property as the one we originally rented was being renovated (listing said just renovated 2020 but ok) I agreed as long as it would sleep our large party, which the owner said it would. This home was outrageous and doesn't host a party of 14. They asked us to not wear shoes in the house which we did anyway cause the floors were so dirty after an hour our feet/socks were black, it was gross (I sent the owner a picture but they said nothing) Place was so cheap with supplies, 8 coffee cups for 14, 2 garage bags for 14 for 3 days, 12 towels for 14, Wifi didn't work at all so no TV in any bedrooms (said someone would come fix, but never came.) Worst part 2 of our party ended up going to a hotel instead because sofa bed had no bedding at all! I complained the next morning they responded after 3PM and only addressed towels and bedding.

The place was amazing and well worth the stay! The only real complaint I had was their emergency phone number is not 24/7 as I expected. However, they got back to us as soon as they could and helped remedy the situation. I also would like for others to know there is a minimum temperature allowed for the property, but that is to prevent any damage to their ecobee system. If you need your place to be very cold (below 70) then you may run into some issues however again they were very accommodating and I would recommend them to someone.

It had a few things that should be addressed: - Check in was at 4PM and checkout at 10AM and there was no flexibility whatsoever. We had to pay 75 an hour for late check out (11AM). - One lamp was always on and there was no way to turn it off. - There was no sufficient towels or toilet paper. We had to buy. - One bulb was not working. Besides that, it was ok.
