We arrived 2 hours before check in but were still able to go the clubhouse, order lunch and use the facilities. The pool area was very nice, especially for small children. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The pool slide and lazy river were amazing. Our unit was as advertised, spacious and clean. There were several problems though. We were unable to connect to the internet until the next morning. The provider name/password we were given were incorrect . Our host Andy was responsive but there was some confusion. The issue was eventually resolved. We had also paid to have our pool/spa heated and that never happened. Andy did end up refunding the money with no problem. We were there during Thanksgiving weekend and I think every unit was booked. There was not enough parking for all the vehicles. Cars were parked EVERYWHERE. There was a lot of partying in the units next to us, with very loud music into the wee hours for two nights. Not the end of the world but not what we expected.
My family and I enjoyed our stay. Our host, Andy was very responsive each time I reached out for assistance.
The home was very nice and it look exactly like the pictures in the photos, however the parking was horrible. I highly recommend that if you have a lot of family members to drive a van. It was very accommodating for our large family!!
House we wonderful there was some broken stuff and a lot of stains on floors . Pay for the pool to be heated and it only work for 2 days out of 7 . Andy the host was fast on responding at the begging but one once we checked in and reported the problems he took long time to respond and sometimes he didn’t respond at all. Houses are very close to the others and parking it’s tight . One of the kitchen cabinets fell on top of my daughter heat when she try to get a cup out I had reported to the office when I check in that it was loss and they didn’t send anyone until the accident happened that was on the 4 day from check in. Also reported a broken lamp in the kids room how did the cleaning crew miss that ? It got taken out on the 3-4 day after we checked in unacceptable . There excuse was They don’t have maintenance on weekends .
