The location is easily accessible, with lots of available parking space. Check-in and check-out is easy. The place is clean and secure with CCTVs around, though the room (and restroom) might need some maintenance and upgrade. The building is very near the main road so anticipate some noise from the vehicles driving by outside. Don't expect a hotel-level experience, but important thing is that you have a decent place to stay overnight. If you're lazy to go out, you can order food via Grab. Host is very friendly and responsive. She's always making sure that I have all the things I need and that I was able to check-in and check-out without hassle
