No wifi we bought our own wifi so far so good but aircon also not cooling water slow in the toilet the heater not heating .

I stayed a month and everything went smoothly. At first it did not impress me too much as the unit could use some touch up where former pictures had been, also a decent but not perfect floor in a few spots. The condo management too is slightly behind on upkeep and it is not as luxurious as some buildings. An example would be a painted cement hallway floor instead of tile. I would say the unit is kind of sparsely equipped as far as dishes and pans but the air conditioner and TV work great. It has pocket wifi but is not unlmited. I loaded it some, but it sometimes was slow. I am glad the TV gets local channels too. I am not sure why other hosts do not provide a cheap, over the air tv box. The pool is excellent but it is open to just 5 PM. With so few listings in General Trias this is a condo priced nicely. The host is not instrusive but responsive if needed, making her a favorite of mine. Lastly, the guards are great, it is secure and it is a perfect location for just about anything.

Just a short distance away from the central Mangahhan location with all the amenities and restaurants yet cut off, safe and peaceful. Host was responsive and helpful. Security gaurds were effective and friendly at the same time. Good value for money.
