We had a wonderful time at Rancho del mar. The owners and hosts (AvantStay) were wonderful, and they had incredible communication and response time to our questions. The house was as described with close walking distance to the beach and the view you see in the photos. The home was well-appointed, very clean, and plenty of room for our family. We were impressed with the games, movies, and firewood for an indoor fire or smores outside on the beautiful deck. The house's location in Arch Cape makes it an easy trip to either Cannon Beach or Manzanita, and we loved our stops at Hug Point (just a few minutes away) and Blumenthal Falls. We will check to see if this house is available the next time we vacation on the Oregon Coast.
Our experience surpassed all expectations, the home is so comforting and offers an amazing view of the coast. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and just down the street was beach access. There were beach chairs that were provided and we spent every day on the beach. The road situated by the house can be loud at times, but it was also the one weekend in March that hit almost 70 degrees on the coast so the roads were pretty busy. The home was super clean and provided lots of amenities. The fire pit was used every night and firewood and fire starters were provided. AvantStay was very responsive when the Wi-Fi went out and ensured that we had everything we needed for our stay. It was evident that they took great care to ensure that everything was in top-notch condition, which added to the overall enjoyment of our stay. I highly recommend booking with AvantStay for your next trip!
What a beautiful location! It's just two blocks from the beach, and everything comes as advertised. We would definitely stay here again!
