Nicole‘s home in orient was stunning. A perfect place for my family to spend the whole weekend. The grounds were absolutely fantastic, including a sport court, pool, and hang out fire pit area. Would absolutely stay again!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this home. The house is spacious and pristine- the kitchen and entertaining space kept and stocked with care and it's impossible not to feel pampered and relaxed here. We have stayed in Orient a number of times and love the area but this home was such an oasis- private and fully equipped for hosting friends for a swim or a meal. The grounds and pool are beautiful and the backyard ideal for long summer days. During the day you are close to the best farm stands, local beaches and yummy food spots. Nicole was responsive and helpful with any questions and you can tell cares about her guests. We will be back again!

I cannot say enough good things about Nicole’s home. The pictures do not do her home justice. If you’re contemplating renting, don’t hesitate, you WILL NOT be disappointed! Her beautiful home brought me so much peace and happiness. The home was well stocked (no beginner pack, we didn’t have to buy any essentials). Nicole was easily reachable and responsive. The home is in a quiet peaceful neighborhood, but close enough to town/restaurants/beach.

Great property for a family weekend away. Very close to downtown greenport and a short drive to the various wineries and breweries in the area. Perfect place for a perfect weekend.
