Its setting inside a 14 acre private coffee plantation, exclusively for the guests to enjoy. It is located by the Kaveri river makes for the perfect nature-hideout. While its cosy rooms are inviting, it's hard to resist the splendour of the pool with its breathtaking tropical view. Breakfast is complimentary, and all other Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost. Pets are allowed at an additional cost. The Space: BEDROOMS: - There are 3 bedrooms in this villa - all on the ground floor. The third room is a separate unit from the main villa. - Each bedroom is equipped with a TV, ensuite bathrooms and beautiful attached balconies. - Two of the rooms are equipped with a king-sized bed, and the third has a queen sized bed. - Extra mattresses can be provided on request. BATHROOMS: - There are 3 bathrooms - each of them is attached to the bedrooms. - Two of the bathrooms in the villa are equipped with an exotic open shower area. - Each bathroom is equipped with geysers, towels and basic toiletries. COMMON AREAS: - With it’s super comfortable sofa-style seating, the living area seats up to 20 people. - There is a lawn where events can be organised at an additional cost, on prior notice. - Guests can enjoy an alfresco dining experience while enjoying a delicious barbeque meal, sitting by the beautiful lush lawn with tall silver oak trees, located at this property. - The villa has a private infinity pool overlooking beautiful, tropical views that can be accessed from 7 AM to 7 PM. - The aesthetically pleasing, wooden bar area has ample seating and overlooks the infinity pool. KITCHEN - Guests do not have access to the kitchen. - It is equipped with a water purifier, crockery and cutlery. - Break fast is complementary. FOOD - Breakfast is complimentary. All other meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost with two hours of prior notice.

Beautiful house, welcoming and helpful staff, lovely pool. We chose to get our meals cooked by the staff, and the food provided was also delicious and as per our convenience timing wise. It was definitely a lovely experience, and would recommend it for anyone looking to travel as a group and have a peaceful, relaxing staycation. The staff were also very cooperative about cleaning up the pool right before we went in - it is an outdoors pool, with everything that entails, but the staff did what they could to maintain cleanliness and hygiene. However, if you select the option of getting your meals cooked, you have no equipment at all in the kitchen - not even to make tea or coffee. Everything needs to be ordered from their staff only. Keep that in mind! All in all a great experience! 9/10, would recommend :)
Great place, the real feel was better than the pictures. Best would be to travel in a group of 5-8 and have the entire place to yourselves. The plantation is huge, you are up close to nature with birds all around. They have a big, beautiful and well-maintained pool. The caretakers are very sweet and obliging. The only thing we felt was limited menu options in main course, but other than that, it was a great stay and experience.
We had a really bad experience. I do NOT recommend this place for people travelling with kids. 1. Food was never on time even after requesting multiple times. We felt horrible to make a 23 month old and a 2 year old kids wait for food. (2hrs later than requested) 2. There was power-cut for one entire night in one of the rooms and there was a geyser issue the other day. We were told that the generator heated up and hence they shut it down 3. Breakfast was very little on the first day and they increased the quantity upon request 4. Beds, pillows, towels, etc. are unclean It doesn’t make sense to contact host multiple times for basic things. The property is not well-maintained.
