Cynthia is a great host and had a beautiful home! She made sure I was able to check-in and checked-in with me during the stay. A beautiful house with a lot of space. Highly recommend.

Cynthia’s home was incredible, my family came for a short summer weekend getaway and it was an amazing time. The home was spacious, well kept, tons of amenities including a jacuzzi and washer/dryer, and a gorgeous inlet with some breathtaking sunset views. I would 100% recommend, and will gladly return upon having the opportunity.

Exceptional Marco Island experience in a beautiful home right on the water! Fishing was fantastic, caught multiple species of fish right off the dock in the backyard. Location is excellent, close to very good restaurants and water sports. We enjoyed the floor to ceiling windows and double sliding glass doors in one of the waterfront bedrooms (there are two) and sunset views were perfect! Near the house are many restaurants with waterfront dining and fresh seafood, or anything else you want including Mexican, Italian, and French. Cynthia is a fantastic host, check-in was very simple, and the house stocked with a generous selection of Keurig flavors, plus a large coffee pot. The neighborhood is peaceful, area is very quiet, only a short drive or bike to the bars. We never saw a single neighbor on the marina, felt like we had the whole area to ourselves!

Had a great time here. The house is large, clean, well-furnished, and with a beautiful waterfront setting. Cynthia, the host, was great at providing local recommendations and was very reaponsive throughout the stay. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!
