If you are looking for a nice place to stay in Conway, I recommend this property. Great location to take advantage of City Park "Collins" for tennis and pickleball courts and play area for kids, plus for walking your dogs. Full disclosure, we stayed Wednesday and Thursday of Thanksgiving. The owners had a full Thanksgiving family gathering, so the "quiet" aspect on Thursday night was missing.

This was a wonderful place to stay in Conway. The house is very large and tastefully decorated throughout. It is well set back from the street and there was no noise. The Rose Room was spacious, comfortable, and had its own refrigerator and coffee maker. It is a great alternative to staying in a hotel.

The Inn on Elm was a beautiful historic home. It was perfectly appointed and comfortable. Our favorite part was the resident dogs who greeted us upon arrival (especially Snoop). However, our stay was not without its hiccups. The second morning of our two-night stay there was no breakfast prepared. Upon reaching out to Janel, she responded promptly and attempted to remedy the situation quickly. Unfortunately, even with her effort, no hot options were served and we were rushed to eat as we had a schedule to keep and needed to get going. It was unfortunate since the breakfast the first morning was amazing.

Janel's inn was just breathtaking. My family and I stayed in the Rose and Gables rooms, which shared a bathroom. These rooms were just amazing, the Gables room had a refrigerator, a king sized bed, and excellent choice of furniture. The size of the room was great, my children were able to hop in our room and spend sometime with us without feeling overcrowded. The kids' room was just adorable, it had a children's bunkbed with a slide, some toys, and lots of room to just play. My children had a great time swimming at the pool, which they had all to themselves. The outside scenery was also very nice and we got to enjoy the outdoors. We also got to meet Janel's family and pets, and my kids were super fond of their dogs. Nancy who took care of our breakfast and any other needs we had was amazing, we really appreciated her assistance. She was so easy to speak to. The breakfast was appropriate, we had everything ranging from cereal to a breakfast casserole. We'll definitely be returning!
