The Blackbear Cabin is a perfect 10 out of 10. Matt was very responsive and helped us with everything needed for a last minute trip. The cabin is located centrally to just about everything in the White Mountains. It is so cozy, clean, and decorated beautifully. It’s probably the cleanest dog friendly airbnb we have stayed in… you couldn’t tell any other dog ever stayed there. We would highly recommend this place and eagerly await our return.

Our family visited from Florida in search of the last snow of the season. Matt's cabin was perfect! Very cozy, warm and comfortable place to unwind and relax. Meticulously clean and uncluttered. We had 4 adults, 2 children and one small dog, and all of us really enjoyed our stay to the fullest. Beds super comfortable. Towels plush. Bathrooms and the whole interior beautifully designed! Neighborhood is nice and quiet. Great walks with the pup in search of Mt. Washington view were the best. And Matt is a very responsive and thoughtful host. So important and very much appreciated!

Matt’s cabin is one of the most beautiful, clean, comfortable, and well appointed homes we’ve rented throughout the years. The location is perfect, between Wildcat and Attitash, and down the road from Nestlenook and the Shovel Handle. The location is private yet only a few minutes drive to the grocery & liquor stores, and the gorgeous Vintage Bakery. We spent our evenings in front of a roaring fire in the large and easy to use Jotul wood stove. The space was cozy and comfortable for our family of 4, and we plan to return in the coming years!

Matt's home lovely and very comfortable. It was perfect for 2 couples and a dog. The location was great for walking your dog without a lot of cars. Matt was extremely responsive when we couldn't found the dumpsters. Would love to stay here again!
