House was very clean, appliances have been updated since the pictures. Furniture was comfortable. Once I figured out how to work the heat, the next morning it was comfortable. First night was freezing. (thermostats are locked up) There is a kerosene heater to use. There is no linens and towels and this is very clear in the booking but seems a little silly to not provide them when there is a washer and drier in the home and we pay a cleaning fee. The location was PERFECT. We ate dinner at Tuckermans and it was a short 4 min drive. We went into North Conway and went to The Soaking Pot for a relaxing foot soak and that was about 17 min drive. The house had plenty of kitchen supplies for all your cooking needs. I recommend this place if you are a small family or just a couple getting away but the big thing to keep in mind is you can only have 2 cars parked there or it’s $100 fine.

Fantastic home with plenty of comfortable beds. Lots of wood available for the wood stove. Giant couch in the living room was great for relaxing. Kitchen has everything we could have wanted. Only drawbacks were the lack of linens, which included no hand or bath towels. Will definitely stay again!

The house is really nice and conveniently located to major attractions. Listing says 2nd bedroom on lower level has queen beds but it’s actually a full size so not comfortable for 2 adults yes maybe for kids. Mattresses are very old and need change. Kitchen needs more lighting and dining area is in dire need for lighting.

Great location being close to so many fun activities in the area, plus plenty of space to spread out and enjoy your friends and family. Also, it has everything you need in the kitchen so we were able to make some really nice meals using everything there. Definitely recommend it for your family and friends!
