Had a wonderful time staying here. Jenn was extremely polite and responsive. The house itself was perfect, clean, spacious and everyone felt right at home. Would definitely book here again!

if you're considering selecting this property, don't let the video games over shadow the rest of the amenities. If your traveling with a group, we had 7, the layout is fantastic. The location is prime for getting around but situated in a private space. Our 3 kids (12,10,7) loved the basement space to hang out and be away from the boring chatter of the adults. My in-laws really enjoyed the upper floors privacy. The location boasts so many benefits, like a private river cove my family loved to visit and the sand volley ball area was multi purpose. The house was well stocked and the home itself was very new. There was just the right amount of cookware to make the trip easy to cook at home and close enough to all the great food choices of the area to eat out. Our his was responsive and made us feel at home. Information was clear and easy for use and made check in and out very easy. Thanks for a great week!

We had a fantastic stay at The Saco House! We loved the design of the house and its thoughtful layout, perfect for accommodating two families. The highlight for us was definitely the arcade room – it was a hit with both kids and adults alike, and we found ourselves enjoying some friendly competition. Beyond the arcade room, the rest of the house was equally impressive. There were plenty of spots to chill out and relax, whether it was in the loft area playing games or on the spacious deck grilling some good food. One of the other great features of the house is its proximity to the Saco River. Being able to take leisurely walks along the river and explore the area added an extra layer of enjoyment to our stay. Overall, we would recommend this property to anyway looking for a nice house in the North Conway area.

Can't say enough great things about Jenn and The Saco House! Driveway is flat and easily accessible off the main drag, which is a major plus for winter weather! We've stayed at other mountain homes where the driveway was a nightmare when it snowed, even with our truck! Communication was excellent and we had many questions. Jenn always was quick to respond. The home was spotless, which is important to us. The worst is arriving to a vacation home and then having to clean to feel comfortable. That was not the case here as the place was clean and glowing. The space is well laid out. The kitchen is larger than how it appears in the photos and well stocked. The game room is amazing and the kids crushed it down there, we couldn't get them off the bean bag chairs, lol! Outside there is an expansive deck with room for everyone. The covered porch provides shelter to weather upon entering, which can go underrated. The home was a 10 out of 10 and we hope to return!

Jen was friendly and proactive. The house is even better in person. Ultra comfortable couches and beds. Downstairs was perfect for 6 teens. The house is perfectly situated to explore the area.
