This cozy and illuminated room has a private bathroom and two single beds; it is part of an apartment with two other rooms. We are located 10 minutes away (walking) from Calle Santander. Our communal kitchen and living room are the perfect place to get along with other guests and share travel stories. We also have a parking lot, laundry, and a rooftop where you can chill and appreciate a beautiful sunset with a view of the lake and volcanoes. This is a 20 square meters room with a huge window & private bathroom. We will provide towels, purified water, shampoo, liquid soap, coffee, sugar, and oil as part of your staying.

I love this place! It was my second time, and the rooftop sitting area had been redecorated since last time. It was so peaceful looking out over the town, the lake, and the volcanos in the morning. The room was cozy. Just what I needed this weekend.

The apartment is in a new residential area, quiet and safe. We are a few minutes from the market, the municipality, and the San Francisco de Asís church. It is approximately 12 minutes from the commercial area (Calle Santander) and 20 minutes from the lake.
El apartamento se encuentra en una nueva zona residencial, bastante silenciosa y segura. Se encuentra a unos cuantos minutos del mercado, la municipalidad y la iglesia San Francisco de Asís. Está aproximadamente a unos 12 minutos (caminando) del área comercial (Calle Santander).

The easiest way to mobilize in Panajachel is by walking or small vehicles. Our parking lot is just next to our property. You will recognize its grey metal sheet gate.
