If you would like to feel like a local, but yet be a little close to everything. This place is perfect for you! This comfortable room is perfect for up to 3 guests. We are located 10 minutes away (walking) from Calle Santander. You will have your own bathroom but will share some communal areas: -Roof -Livingroom -Kitchen -Laundry (detergent included) Visit us, we will be happy to have you with us and make you feel at home, and share tips to travel around! This is a 20 square meters room with a huge window & private bathroom. We will provide towels, purified water, shampoo, and liquid soap, coffee, sugar, oil as part of your staying.

El alojamiento está muy bien, justo por lo que pagas, las personas que apoyan a Abner son muy atentas y Abner es un gran anfitrión, super amable y siempre estuvo al pendiente y ayudándome con todas mis dudas, eso se agradece mucho cuando eres de otro país. Sin duda regresaría a su alojamiento.

The apartment is in a new residential area, quiet and safe. We are a few minutes from the market, the municipality, and the San Francisco de Asís church. It is approximately 12 minutes from the commercial area (Calle Santander) and 20 minutes from the lake.
El apartamento se encuentra en una nueva zona residencial, bastante silenciosa y segura. Se encuentra a unos cuantos minutos del mercado, la municipalidad y la iglesia San Francisco de Asís. Está aproximadamente a unos 12 minutos (caminando) del área comercial (Calle Santander).

The easiest way to mobilize in Panajachel is by walking or small vehicles. Our parking lot is just next to our property. You will recognize its grey metal sheet gate.
