Centrally located, walking distance from Canyon Lodge slopes and minutes to the Village. Modern, stylish, and luxurious, this unit is perfect for groups or families. With an open concept and high ceilings throughout the unit, it features a chefs kitchen, heated bathroom floors, a mudroom area, comfortable beds, washer/dryer in-unit, two covered patios, covered parking, complimentary games, a foosball table, a beautiful fireplace, large smart tvs, wifi and stunning views of the mountains. It’s a 2000 square foot condo, with high ceilings and open floor concept . It features three bedrooms, a loft and 3 1/2 bathrooms. There are two master suites on the bottom floor- both with king beds, and smart tvs in each, with on-suite bathrooms. The bedroom upstairs has a queen bed and an on-suite bathroom as well. The loft has two full bed bunk beds with trundles. The unit is completely brand new, with new double pane windows, a propane fireplace, with top of the line amenities. It features a washer dryer in the unit, a mudroom area for all your gear, heated bathroom floors, brand new appliances, including a fridge, microwave, electric stove/oven, and a dishwasher. There are tvs in all of the bedrooms - all smart tvs with streaming available, Wi-Fi, Nespresso coffee machine (we provide a few complimentary coffee pods), chessboard, other board games, Alexa for music, and a foosball table. There are plenty of brand new cooking ware - pans, pots and dishes. There is a blow dryer for use and plenty of closet space. The bottom floor has baseboard heaters with their own thermostats to adjust as needed. The bedrooms also feature ceiling fans for added air. One of the master bedrooms has workspace desk. It’s a top floor unit, with stunning views of the mountains. There are two covered patios with plenty of sleds for use. We have covered parking, one designated spot and several guest spots on a first come basis. We cannot guarantee the guest spots, they fluctuate. We are walking distance to the slopes at canyon lodge or the gondola to the village and the bus line is just outside.

We had a great stay at Natalie's place. The house is beautiful, modern, and cozy. Natalie was very responsive. The location is great as you can walk to Canyon lodge. We would definitely stay here again.
Great place to stay with friends & family for ski trip, recommend for a large group. Easy to walk to Canyon Lodge. Place was exactly as pictured! Natalie is super responsive, helpful and overall a great host.

Natalie’s place was nice! The place was nicely renovated and accurately described. Pros: -a bunch of towels was left out for guests -it was near the ski lift -very clean, floor heaters, abundance of kitchen utensils and home necessities -beds, pillows, and blankets are fairly comfortable -listing was accurate Cons: -the garbage disposal for the kitchen was very weak & broke mid trip, and made it difficult to wash dishes -the apartment has no AC, and fitting 12 people got really stuffy, especially upstairs with the bunks -the apartment has ALOT OF STAIRS. This was really difficult bringing up our luggages, 12 snowboards, our gear, and groceries, -the dishwasher works, but it’s very difficult to stack plates and dishes properly because the holders inside are very flimsy. Overall I would recommend the place, however I do believe fitting 12 adults did get a little stuffy.
Condo was recently renovated and really nice inside! We comfortably fit 9 people, with room for even more. Parking was easy and excellent location nearby Mammoth village and slopes. The only real negative is the loft gets very hot (at least in summer) and there's no A/C. When we arrived all the windows were closed, and it took a good 24hrs before the place cooled down - so the first night was very hot. But the host was very responsive and generously dropped off extra fans the next day to help us sleep at night - which was very appreciated and helpful for remaining nights. Pros - Host was very nice and responsive - Place was very clean and modern - Fully stocked kitchen, lots of dishes and items in pantry - Beds were very comfortable Cons - There's no elevator, need to walk up 3 flights of stairs - Balcony is very small, hard to see the beautiful night sky - Loft and upstairs bedroom can get hot without proper air flow / fans
