Great place, and a comfortable stay. Enjoyed our time at Shanes listing. Peaceful, clean and perfect place to spend time in South Goa
we had a great stay, The villa is very comfortable and has loads of books to read and a TV with Netflix to pass your time... The key to the property is well arranged... we even left a small kitchen knife as a gift since there was ... Shane and Marlon are available on call whenever required... thank you for a perfect retreat 🌼

Staying at Shane's place was a wonderful experience. The house is neat, spacious and well equipped. There are plenty of good restaurant nearby - one only at 200 meter away. We love to come and stay at Shane's place again. Shane is a good host and respond immediately for all requests.

The airport is 30 minutes drive and approximately 21kms from here. Margao Railway station is approximately 8kms from here. Colva beach is approximately 3kms or 10 minutes by vehicle. Majorda beach is approximately 4.6kms or 12 minutes by vehicle. Betalbatim beach is approximately 3.5kms and 10 minutes by vehicle. We are the connecting point to different parts of South Goa. The area we live in is very peaceful.
My Villa is located in a calm location away from the main road. For rent, a bike, rent a car service. I can help you to arrange one at the property itself.
