This is a spacious 3bhk villa with a swimming pool nestled in Colva. Each of the bedrooms are air conditioned and have an attached spacious bathroom with hot or cold running water. Each bedroom is equipped with a double bed and has an attached bathroom. There is a fully functional kitchen, a spacious drawing room & a patio on the ground floor as well as a spacious balcony on the first floor and a beautiful terrace. The pool is accessible directly from your villa. You will have complete access to all areas of the Villa. We provide you with caretakers whose charges are included in the tariff. We also offer complimentary breakfast for all our guests. There is a high speed internet connection, and is perfect for those who wish to work remotely from our villa. We recently stayed at this stunning Airbnb property, and it was an absolute dream come true! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the property. The highlight for us was definitely the swimming pool - it was sparkling clean, well-maintained, and just the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The water was always at a pleasant temperature, inviting us for a swim at any time of the day. Beyond the pool, the rest of the property was equally impressive, with cozy, comfortable living spaces and all the amenities we could possibly need. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfect. They provided clear instructions for everything and were readily available to answer any questions we had. It's clear they take great pride in their property and in providing a fantastic experience for their guests. We left feeling completely rejuvenated and grateful.
Our Stay was wonderful and we enjoyed playing in the pool. Caretakers Naresh and Deepak were very helpful. The cooking staff made some very homely food, exactly what we needed. The location was slightly away from the main road. You will need a ride for sure here. The host was helpful and gave good instructions. The villa was spacious and we liked that a lot.
Rakesh was a great host and the place was in a great location in south Goa, near all the nice beaches. The staff who attended to us were helpful and kind. Highly recommend.
Stay was wonderful and we enjoyed resting at the villa and playing in the pool. Caretakers Naresh, Suraj, Deepak were very helpful. The cooking ladies Pavithra, Numa, Tila made some very homely good, exactly what we needed. Location was not as shown and was a good couple miles away from brach. You'll will need a ride for sure here. The host was helpful and gave good instructions. One annoying thing was they senta too many texts, not sure if it's common to spam messages on all platforms these days in India but I wasn't a big fan of it.

The villas are close to the beaches of Majorda, Uttorda, Sernabatim, Betalbatim and Colva which are 3-5 kms away and approximately 5-10 minutes travel by a vehicle. Some of South Goa’s best dining options like Cota Cozinha, Micky's, Martin’s Corner, Fishka, Pentagon and Jamming Goat are also nearby.
The airport is approximately 21kms or 35 minutes travel time from here.
The Madgaon Railway station is approximately 10 kms from here.
We are the connecting point to different parts of South Goa.
The area we live in is very peaceful.
There are taxis available on demand. self driven bikes/cars can be hired.

You can get a prepaid taxi or a taxi from almost anywhere in Goa like airport, railway station, bus station, etc.
