A Great Villa for a Family or Friends. Very near to Varca Beach just 5 min drive. Had Great Experience staying here. No disturbance from the owner. Easy Access to south goa beaches. Villa is Clean.

Had an amazing time at this property. The property itself is very homely. few things need to be fixed (like door handles, the stove, there should be some hangers to put your clothes on, there should be dustbins in every room) but overall it is great value for money. the caretakers are really sweet and helpful. The host himself is slow to respond but once checked-in, he didn't bother us at all which was good. The location is really close to the beach (hardly a 5 min drive) and the property also has a very clean shared pool which was great. I will definitely come back here soon.

it was a great stay both the caretaker and owner were helpful in stays and it's a great place with great view close to beach . there's a common pool for the stay .
