The villa is in a very nice location overlooking the river in a secure complex with about 60 more villas. There are two communal pools which are very nice but would benefit from some new sunbeds which are few and far between and in poor condition. Basappa was very helpful and provided us with mattresses which went some way in alleviating the problem. The villa itself has three bedrooms all with ensuites and all have air conditioning. The kitchen was adequate by Indian standards but could have done with an upgrade. There is a nice outside seating area which overlooks the river. The complex itself is very beautiful and the gardens are well kept and very clean. The beach is about a ten minute walk from the complex and has a choice of very good beach shacks. There are also dozens of very good restaurants within walking distance and a supermarket just outside the complex. Overall we had an excellent stay and Basappa was a great host.

we have stayed for 4 nights here and I must wanna say it is an excellent place , worth every penny ❣️ Will definitely recommend this to others.

Basappa’s place is exactly how he has mentioned in the listing. There is a river flowing exactly in the front of villa. Just after walking for 5 mins you will get to the cavelossim beach. Outside the complex there is a supermarket and within 2 kms you have fisherman’s wharf. Would love to come again for the next time.
