Absolute bliss of a place, we had a wonderful stay here. The villa-13 is as described and neatly maintained. We look forward to coming back to this place again. Basappa was a great host, always available and responsive.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa 13 at Luisa by the sea. The views from the house were stunning. We really enjoyed having a coffee early in the morning in the front garden facing the river and watching the sunrise. The house was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated; the photos here don't do justice to such a lovely house furnished with great taste. The service we received was like at a five-star hotel. We were offered clean bed sheets and towels daily and looked after well during our stay. Basappa was very helpful, always available, and ready to give any advice needed, especially to us who were in Goa for the first time. It was one of the best Airbnb stays for us. This is a place we will happily visit again.

Had an amazing stay at lazy lagoon. It’s a beautiful and super clean villa with nicely done furnishings and the views of sal River are amazing. It’s within a safe gated society Stayed with kids for 5 nights. The villa has multiple spots curated to relax and unwind. Has everything that’s required for a comfortable stay, would rate it at par with a top hotel. Has lot of good restaurants nearby, beach is walkable and a very good supermarket just outside the society Bassappa was a wonderful host, was always available, provided great recommendations of local eateries, helped with car bookings, was kind enough to allow us a very late night checkin and in fact he still came to Receive us. Will definitely book this for my future family outings
