My parents' first trip to Goa and I chose to book an Airbnb for them to feel at home and relax as if they were at home. They loved it and so did my wife & I. Beautiful locality, complete privacy and silent neighborhood. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious with all you could ask for. Bed was a bit too soft but manageable. Bathroom was clean, and was kept clean by the cleaning staff everyday. kitchen had all the bare minimum to start cooking from day 1. What I appreciate even more is the availability of milk, bread, water, eggs and some biscuits/snacks to welcome with. Although we had to buy water everyday but that's nothing big given the overall convenience of the villa. Cavelossim (walking)and Mobor (10 min drive) beach are very accessible from here and so is the sal lake right behind. All basic amenities like supermarket and chemist are also walkable. Many thanks to Bassappa as well for catering to all the small details. Will surely be back.

We spent 11 days at Flamingo Villa and it was absolute bliss! Our stay was lots better than expected. The villa is spacious and spotless. The cleaners do an amazing job. Our host Basappa was very helpful, always responsive, friendly, approachable and patient. I had quite a few queries even before I confirmed my booking and he very kindly answered all my queries. The beach is a very short walk away, the pool on site was clean and not busy. The property is a peaceful oasis away from the hustle and bustle. Very relaxing and waking up to the sound of birdsong was a treat. Will definitely be visiting again and would highly recommend this property.

Very comfortable villa in a quiet gated community with all the expected facilities. Supermarket and decent restaurants within walking distance as well as a Taxi Rank. Basappa quick at responding to our requests and offered good dining suggestions. We really enjoyed our stay at this villa.

The place looks exactly as described. The entire property has a premium feel, and the Sal River and beach are very close by. There was a minor issue with the bathroom drain, but it was promptly rectified. Book this place if you’re seeking the South Goa experience. However, be aware that it’s quite far from other touristy places like Calangute and Panjim, so you’ll spend a significant amount of time just traveling. Cheers to Basappa! Not only was the welcome great, but he’s also a fun person to talk to.
