We stayed at Basappa's villa in Goa for 6days in Jan'24. It was a Beautiful, charming villa, with lush greenery around it. The basic amenities were present and in working condition. Some basic grocery articles were available to us when we landed. The Cavellosim beach was within walking distance, but we still rented an AC car coz it was pretty hot. Our only peeve was that the pool of the Society near our villa was unclean from Day 1. Despite informing, and being told that the filter wasn't working, it wasn't corrected in the 6 days that we spent there. But we managed with the second smaller clean pool. There are a lot of shops nearby for grocery and dresses/bags etc. Club Copa Cabana is again within walking distance, and we had a fun live music night there.

The villa and the complex are well maintained. It is a quiet and peaceful complex yet walking distance to several restaurants, the beach and the riverside. The villa is well furnished and tastefully done up. The villa is well-equipped, but we had issues with the bedroom fan, washing machine and the gas stove. The bedroom fan had erratic functioning which we resolved by leaving the fan on all the time once it functioned well. The front load washing machine won't function unless you push the door hard at the lower side. The gas stove burners turn off when the switch is set to a lower position. Basappa helped but at this price, one expects a smooth and reliable experience.

This place is a gem and a must visit if you are travelling to South Goa. Photos do not do justice to how beautiful and serene this place was. Located in the community 'Luisa By the Sea', it is one of the villas where we felt right at home! A special thanks to Basappa as he was there when we arrived to personally take us to the villa and explain everything to us. This made us feel special and we really appreciated it. He was also proactive in giving the local recommendations that were a must visit in the area. Such a calm, soothing and serene place. We absolutely enjoyed our stay at his place and cannot wait to go back already. Thank you Basappa.

Picturesque property and equally great host Basappa. The amenities are awesome and my toddler felt safe around the property. The villa felt warm and cozy. The Cavelossim beach is at the walkable distance. Great locality surrounded by 5 star hotels and all essentials are right on the society entrance. We enjoyed a lot. Definitely recommend this place.
