We had an amazing 4 days spent at this property. Basappa (person managing the property) was very responsive and helpful and provided good local recommendations. We got an upgrade to 4 BHK villa and so that was an amazing plus for our stay :) The property is in the middle of the river and cavelossim beach and both are 5 mins walk. There is a supermarket at 2 mins and lots of good restaurants are withing 5 mins walk and there is an option for home delivery. The property was very clean (the was a cleaner who came on time everyday as well) and the surroundings has a lot of flora and is calm and serena. There are 2 swimming pools that can be accessed and are very nearby as well (1 min walk from villa). The kitchen is fully equipped and we cooked our meals during most of the day. The whole Luisa by the sea gated community has lots of villa and is a picture perfect location for some memorable pics. Would highly recommend and will definitely visit again !!

Shashi's place was one of the highlights of our trip to Goa. The place is impeccably maintained. Squeaky clean and has all the amenities listed. You get your own little cottage which has everything you need. The beach is just a 5-10 min walk from the place and the cottage is located inside a gated society which makes it very safe and private. There are a few restaurants nearby which serve great food - Robin's Ark was our favourite amongst the few that we visited. Shashi's manager was extremely friendly and helpful, who was available over the phone and texts to address our needs. Amazing place to unwind for a few days in South Goa!

Had a memorable stay at Luisa by the Sea. The Cavelossim beach is a 5-10 min walk that we enjoyed every morning. The place was beautifully maintained and the host (Mr Basappa) was available for all our queries and requests (including suggestions for local eateries to info on mechanics!). The cleaning lady came every morning and left the place squeaky clean. We stayed at the villa and it started feeling like home within just half a day. The location is perfect - right next to a shopping complex and good restaurants. Definitely coming back for a longer stay!
