I can’t even put into words how amazing this stay was but I’m going to try! I booked this amazing stay for my bachelorette group there were ten of us total. This house was perfect because it was so spacious and had enough beds for everyone to have their own. The view from the master bedroom is so beautiful and the scenery and vibe of the house was just serene and peaceful. The kitchen is equipped with several appliances and plenty of seating with wonderful views. There was a nice size pool but we didn’t use it due to the weather! The backyard had the nicest little bench to sit by the water and have your coffee. Everything was clean and neat! Peter is extremely responsive and flexible he allowed us an early check in and late check out. He answered any questions we had and had some nice recommendations for wineries! There were grocery stores, restaurants, and so many wineries near by! The neighborhood was quiet and private. Highly recommend booking this place you won’t regret it!!

This Airbnb home is one of the best! Overall the house was very clean and the spacious living room and kitchen were perfect for our large family. Peter is an excellent host, we very much appreciated his quick responsiveness and flexibility with our requests. I highly recommend this Airbnb for families with kids!

We absolutely love staying at this house. The views were incredible and the house was big enough for our group. Peter was very accommodating and quick to respond. The pictures dont do this house justice. We cant wait to come back and take advantage during the summer season!

Peter’s home in Mattituck was unbelievable! We came in mid-March, and got lucky with a warm weekend (50-60 degrees). The 180+ degree view of the ocean was the major standout, and the home was also beautifully designed to match it. We had a group of 12 stay here, and it was more than enough room for everyone. There were three floors, so we were able to allocate private areas for the men (in the basement) and the women (upstairs). We also enjoyed his beautiful kitchen and dining area, which was more than enough space for casual breakfasts. Local restaurants (American Beech and Watershed) offered fantastic dinner experiences for our group, and were only 15-20 minutes from Peter’s home. I would love to come back again sometime (perhaps in April/May when the pool is available). Peter was extremely responsive, and his incredibly warm welcome made us feel like we were at home straight from the start. We did a late check in (~7pm), so we weren’t able to get the full tour from Peter at check

Everything was wonderful for Christmas. thank you Peter me and my family had a great time . We will most definitely come back again. Happy new year
