We enjoyed our lake getaway very much. The area was new to us but Josh’s information was super helpful in finding restaurants, groceries and a bait shop. We’d definitely come back someday.

Beautiful location right on the lake! Very peaceful and relaxing to sit inside or outside and look at the water and boats passing by. Home had everything and more than we needed. We would have loved to stay longer!

This was a second time renting from Josh on Lake Sylvia (two different places) and both places were great. This time we rented the Little Bear Cabin and even though a little older home it was very clean, well built and cozy. You are steps from the water and dock and at a quiet part of the lake. We had a fantastic time away and would definitely rent this place again.

Great place to stay nice and comfy. I would go back in the future and rent this cabin again. Josh was very responsive and helpful with any questions or concerns I had.
