Spacious flat with bright and sunny living room. All the other rooms good and functional. Easy check-in and check-out using the coded keybox. Quiet neighbours and although on a busy main road it wasn’t particularly noisy due to the double glazing. Easy to walk to beachfront and town centre. Off road parking was a bonus. We’d definitely consider staying again if we came to Torquay for another short break.

Excellent stay! Stephanie is a great host and was very quick to respond. The flat was in a fantastic location, really easy to find and easy to get in. The flat was lovely and bigger than I thought from the photos. Excellent location and easy walking distance to the front and shops.

A great ground floor apartment, had everything we needed, not far from the beach or town centre. Only a mile away from the nearest supermarket, and there is a petrol station over the road with a shop. Would definitely recommend.

Flat looks like pictures The most creakiest floor- that wakes you up when others using toilet in night! Beds comfy Hot powerful shower On main road in a not very disirable location Kitchen not well stocked other than absolute basics No space to spore your food you bring No proper kitchen bin- waste paper baskets it both kitchen and bathroom- stained. No bin bags or hand soap provided. Old fake Christmas tree in hall way and 2 Christmas pots in lounge. Not what you want on summer holiday. Warbrobe smeary in main room. The to top it off there was a sewage smell that kept coming and going (like rotting eggs)!- raised this and host said she would get a plumber
