Brock's place is a gem. We came to spend a few days doing tourist activities, just me and my two teenagers. This was the perfect place to relax at after a day out. Clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. The neighborhood is quiet but near main roads. Brock was super responsive when we had questions. We had an easy time getting Ubers, and equally easy time parking after we rented a car for the next leg of our trip. We would absolutely stay here again if we came back to DC.

Gorgeous little hideaway! The place was spacious and obviously recently updated. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and we were just a couple minutes from the metro system. having the lockbox right outside made it easy to come and go. Absolutely would stay here again!!

Great basement apartment! My family was comfortable for a week to sight see. Metro stops are close and pet friendly is appreciated greatly!
