Eugenia's airbnb home was wonderful. Beautiful pool. Bed sheets were super clean. Carpets were super clean. This place was exactly described ! Helpful tips were provided and heads up on certain things were clear and communicated. We were visiting from New Jersey and this was well worth the trip! She was flexible and it was very much appreciated! Eugenia thank you again for everything! Eugenia is a wonderful host and her home was beautiful.

Some air bnb fees are way too high. If the rental is 1750.00 and we end of paying over 3000.00 for the rental that is a lot. Cleaning fees should defintely be based on the condition you leave the property in. The house was very nice and had plenty of space. We had a few minor issues but Eugenia was very responsive and it never took her long. She was willing to assist in any way that she could to rectify the situation. The kids loved the pool but we were always worried about our noise level with the kids playing outside. There were plenty of daily items like toilet paper and garbage bags. Probably bring a tablet or small tv since there is not a tv in each room. The neighborhood was safe but it was a bit of a drive from activities that we had planned but not to bad... all in all we really enjoyed ourseleves !!

Very accommodating and easy to work with. Big space with comfortable beds and outdoor entertainment. The home is exactly what you see posted in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Eugenia made my birthday weekend extra special with a bottle of wine and beautiful flowers on arrival! 10/10 💖
