The home is as described but needs some up-keep. (Fresh paint, trim work, damaged wood areas). Bedding and linens and interior of the house were all clean. The outside is very cute and inviting and game room/garage was fun. For what we paid I was expecting it to be better maintained. This may not be a host problem but an issue with companies hired to maintain the home. Kitchen cabinet held on by one screw. It fell off and e had to rig it for it to stay up. Pergola off its base and leaning, outdoor string lights only had 5 bulbs working-Nick immediately ordered new ones and got them up, the garage/game room hadn’t been cleaned (garbage and leaves inside and mini fridge has black gunk growing inside of it), area back of garage has plastic, rags, garbage, old inflatables, broken glass and plastic, old pipes and hoses laying all over. The gardens in the pictures are not what’s there now. They have scrub bush, big picker weeds, and are overgrown with weeds.

overall it was a great stay king bed was comfortable and the comfort and throw blankets were super soft my wife loved it.

Nick is an amazing host he was very kind and quick to respond and resolve any issues we had we enjoyed the house the pool looked amazing I'm just super disappointed we couldn't get in but no fault of nicks a cold front came in over the weekend but we did enjoy playing games and just spending time together we would definitely stay again
