Justin was an exceptional host, providing excellent communication and frequently checking in to ensure our comfort during our stay. When we experienced difficulty locating the remote for the TV in the main bedroom, he went above and beyond by ordering a replacement for overnight delivery. The process of finding the property and checking in was straightforward, though we did encounter some trouble with the front door lock, which occasionally got stuck. However, there was a garage door opener available for regular use. The house was clean and matched the pictures provided on the listing. As for the location, it's conveniently close to the freeway, and Memorial City Mall is only about a 10-minutes away. There are plenty of amenities nearby, such as Costco, HEB, and numerous restaurants. It's worth noting that the neighborhood is quite diverse, and while it felt safe, it was evident that the area was a bit rundown.
