When I tell you Maria is the best host I tried on air bnb, please believe me! The house was as described. Very clean and welcoming. Check out is at 11am and our flight didn’t leave until 3pm. We contacted Maria and she allowed us to stay past check out. Was very understanding and answered whenever I contacted her.

The Place Was Beautiful, Everything Was Amazing. Looked Just Like The Pictures. Clubs Was 30 Mins Away But Other Than That It’s Was Great.

We Love Maria Place , I Def Will Be Bookong Again For Our Next Trip To Houston , A lot Of Space House Was Huge Had More Then Enough Room For Our Girls Trip 10/10 ‼️

The location was fair, and there were plenty of things to do. We arrived at Hobby airport, so it was about a 45 min drive with traffic. Downtown was about 30 minutes. We drove, so I'm not sure about Uber cost. Now, the house was very spacious but was not up to part as far as cleanliness. It smelled horrible and just all around dirty. Stains were everywhere. The couch is white, so we couldn't help but see every missed stain. The common areas were the worst as far as cleanliness. The bedrooms were spotless. We had an issue with the pool, and Maria responded within minutes and came to fix it. We never used the pool because, again, nothing looked clean.

Maria was very pleasant to communicate with. Home was spacious and was exactly like the description and pictures listed! Maria also used her personal time to ship me something that I left at the house the same day that I checked out! I truly appreciated that! If you want a host that is responsive, always willing to provide whatever is needed on a timely manner, and I big home, this is an awesome place to stay!!
